First time here and the service was amazing. Food was cooked fresh and made to order. Best burger and fries I’ve had in a while.

Found this awesome breakfast spot this morning! Their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant combo was on point, with crispy home fries and great coffee. The staff was super friendly, and the food came quick and delicious. The place was very casual and makes for a relaxing bfast. Definitely a new favorite!

I’m being honest about the atmosphere. It’s amazing and very clean. It’s your place for great food and great customer service.First time here today and had the Cod. Omg. So good. It’s your little dive bar for food.

Lowkey spot with very good food at reasonable prices, what more could you want? The inside is always spotless, most menu items are right around 10 or less, and service is fantastic and you can tell there's a real connection with customers. Salad was big enough to make two meals out of, the best I've had in the area!

It's been almost a year since I've visited this establishment and wrote the review below. I just wanted to update it by saying nothing has changed! The same kindness felt the first time I walk into this place is the same kindness I feel today. And it's not just the customer service The delicious food I had for the first time is the same delicious food I received today. These breakfast potatoes, are hands down the best I have ever had in my entire life. You can't go wrong with getting the breakfast special. With the potatoes and the bacon, egg and cheese croissant and coffee.. for a delicious hearty breakfast in Durham, you need to be at this spot.I've lived in this area over 5 years and I would drive past this little white building so many times and never thought to go in until one day…What wonderful people! That's what's really important 1st of all. The food…I have included pictures so you see the serving sizes and it's not just the serving sizes the food is delicious!The only downfall of this restaurant is that it's not open long enough. Beautiful people and great food!Make sure you get the cake!

Great breakfast combo, friendly staff. The food was super hot and delicious. The bacon egg and cheese croissant served over home fries is amazing. I get it anytime I go there for breakfast. However the last three or four times I've gone I've noticed they no longer have unsweet tea at breakfast which is disappointing as that is my beverage of choice and shows that it is included as an option with the breakfast combo so that disappoints me somewhat. Other than that I still highly recommend this place for breakfast.

My whole family LOVED this place!!! If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would.We loved the food, and enjoyed talking with the owner. The prices were good, the restaurant had a great atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious.The unanimous consent was "If we lived closer, we'd eat here every day!!"Food pictured: Bacon, cheese, jalapeño, and relish hot dogs, fries, turkey sandwich, strawberry & banana & apple juice & honey smoothie (no yogurt)

This came up on my feed today as a good breakfast place. That did not do them any justice. The Blue Ridge Deli & Cafe is a Wonderful, Fantastic Breakfast place. The old school cook to order hot good food like your grandmother made for you. For the amount of food you get at the price points, you feel like you robbed them.You know a place is better than good when you walk in shortly after they open and the there is a LINE OF PEOPLE waiting for take out orders. I will most definitely be back.
